How do I send a document?

Go to the dashboard, choose New Document, upload a PDF, place the required fields, add signers, then review and send.

How do signers receive the signing link?

Each signer receives a dedicated email link tied to that signer and document. The sender can resend the link from the document workflow when needed.

Can I resend a signing link?

Yes. Open the sent document from your dashboard and use the resend action for the pending signer.

Where do I download the signed PDF?

Open a completed document from the dashboard. The signed PDF download is available from the completed document view.

Where do I download the audit PDF?

Open a completed document from the dashboard. The audit PDF download is available alongside the signed PDF.

What happens after my trial ends?

The free trial lasts 30 days and includes 10 documents. After the trial, subscribe to the $15/month paid plan to continue using OfferFlow.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Billing & Plan in the dashboard and use the Paddle customer portal. For billing, cancellation, refund, or account access issues, email support@getofferflow.com.

How do I request account deletion?

Clean draft-only accounts may be eligible for self-serve deletion in Settings. Accounts with signed documents, audit records, billing history, or retention questions are reviewed through support at support@getofferflow.com.

Does OfferFlow provide legal advice?

OfferFlow provides product and account support by email. We do not provide legal advice, document drafting advice, or advice on whether a specific document is suitable for electronic signature in a particular jurisdiction.

Why is my account locked?

Accounts can be locked when a trial ends, a subscription needs payment attention, or access requires billing review. Billing and support surfaces remain available so you can subscribe, manage billing, or contact support.
