Use of the Service

• OfferFlow provides a platform for electronic document signing and document workflow management.
• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Accounts

• Certain features require an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Electronic Signatures

• OfferFlow supports standard electronic signature workflows.
• The legal effect of an electronic signature may depend on the applicable jurisdiction, document type, identity requirements, consent process, and surrounding evidence.
• OfferFlow does not provide advanced, qualified, PKI-based, notarized, government-certified, or qualified trust-service signatures.
• OfferFlow does not guarantee that a signature or document will be valid, enforceable, or accepted in every country, for every document type, or in every legal scenario.
• You are responsible for deciding whether standard electronic signatures are suitable for your document, transaction, signers, and jurisdiction.

User Content and Documents

• You retain ownership of documents and content uploaded to the platform.
• You grant OfferFlow permission to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Billing and Subscriptions

• OfferFlow starts with a 30-day free trial that includes 10 documents. After the trial, the paid plan is $15/month and includes unlimited documents, unless a separate written arrangement applies.
• Taxes may apply at checkout depending on your billing details and applicable tax rules.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record.
• Paddle handles payment processing, subscription billing, invoices, applicable taxes, and refunds.

Support and Legal Advice

• Email support is included with every paid OfferFlow plan. We usually respond within 2 business days.
• Support covers product, billing, account, and document workflow issues.
• OfferFlow provides product and account support by email. We do not provide legal advice, document drafting advice, or advice on whether a specific document is suitable for electronic signature in a particular jurisdiction.

Refund Policy

• Refund requests are reviewed through the OfferFlow support process and, where applicable, processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
• Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or subscription renewal unless a different mandatory consumer-law rule applies.
• Refund requests must be submitted within this 14-day period by contacting us at support@getofferflow.com.
• All payments for OfferFlow are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle and returned to the original payment method.
• After the 14-day period, payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation

• You may manage or cancel your subscription through the billing page and Paddle customer portal.
• Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund outside the refund period described above.
• If you cancel, your subscription generally remains available until the end of the current paid billing period unless Paddle or applicable law requires a different outcome.

Acceptable Use

• You agree not to use the service for illegal activities.
• You may not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform.
• You may not upload malicious code or attempt to access data belonging to other users.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfferFlow and Optimal Growth Digital (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
