Use of the Service

• OfferFlow provides a platform for electronic document signing and document workflow management.
• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Accounts

• Certain features require an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Electronic Signatures

• OfferFlow enables the creation and collection of electronic signatures.
• Electronic signatures created through the platform are intended to be legally binding.
• However, OfferFlow does not guarantee the legal enforceability of any document in every jurisdiction.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of electronic signatures complies with applicable laws.

User Content and Documents

• You retain ownership of documents and content uploaded to the platform.
• You grant OfferFlow permission to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Billing and Subscriptions

• Certain features may require a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
• Paddle manages payment processing, billing, and applicable taxes.

Refund Policy

• Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or subscription renewal.
• Refund requests must be submitted within this 14-day period by contacting us at support@getofferflow.com.
• All payments for OfferFlow are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle and returned to the original payment method.
• After the 14-day period, payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund outside the refund period described above.

Acceptable Use

• You agree not to use the service for illegal activities.
• You may not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform.
• You may not upload malicious code or attempt to access data belonging to other users.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfferFlow and Optimal Growth Digital (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
