Does OfferFlow provide qualified or PKI-based signatures?
No. OfferFlow supports standard electronic signatures. It does not provide qualified or PKI-backed digital signatures.
How is signer identity handled today?
Attribution is tied to the signer record, the email address, and the tokenized signing link that was sent to it. OfferFlow does not check identity documents and does not require MFA or a one-time passcode to sign.
What evidence do I get after completion?
A signed PDF and a Certificate of Completion. The certificate carries a SHA-256 fingerprint of the final PDF and recorded events with their timestamp, actor context, and request information where captured.
