OfferFlow produces standard electronic signatures. It is not a qualified-signature, PKI, or identity-verification platform, and it does not check who is behind an email address.
The common thread is a short list of documents sent often, each one needing a record afterwards.
Keep proposals, scopes of work, MSAs, and renewals moving without turning contract signing into a side project.
Send retainers, campaign scopes, approvals, and change requests as one link per person, instead of a thread with three attached versions.
Send mandates, lease paperwork, and offer-and-acceptance documents to counterparties who are usually reading them on a phone.
Handle onboarding packs, work authorizations, service agreements, and approval forms without a printer or a scanner in the loop.
