Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds, subscription billing, cancellation, invoices, and taxes work for OfferFlow.
Paid Subscription
OfferFlow starts with a 30-day free trial that includes 10 documents. The paid plan is $15/month with unlimited documents, unless a separate written arrangement applies.
Merchant of Record
Paddle.com is Merchant of Record for paid OfferFlow subscriptions. Paddle handles payment processing, subscription billing, invoices, applicable taxes, and refunds.
Taxes
Taxes may apply at checkout depending on your billing details, location, and applicable tax rules. Paddle calculates and handles applicable taxes as Merchant of Record.
Cancellation
You may manage or cancel your subscription from the OfferFlow billing page through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals but generally does not remove access already paid for during the current billing period.
Refund Requests
- Refund requests are reviewed through the OfferFlow support process and, where applicable, processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
- Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or subscription renewal unless a different mandatory consumer-law rule applies.
- To request a refund, contact support@getofferflow.com with the account email, Paddle receipt or transaction reference if available, and a short explanation of the request.
