What to include if you need support

A little context makes document support much faster, especially for stuck or delayed signing flows.

  • The document title or a short description of the agreement
  • The sender email address used in OfferFlow
  • The signer email address involved, if relevant
  • A short description of what you expected to happen versus what happened

For documents that appear stuck, include as much timeline context as you have. OfferFlow is built to make resend, audit review, and completion evidence easier to inspect.
